Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservations up to 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty (except for December bookings subject to a non-refundable deposit). Guests should notify the property via phone or email as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of their stay. No shows will also be charged the full amount of their stay.

Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions.

Please be aware there are no check-in or check-out accepted on 25th and 26th of December and on 1st January.

Minimum number of nights may apply during school holidays and long weekends.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in is from 2pm and Check-out is by 10am. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available but may come with additional charges.

Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome; however, children aged over 16 years are considered adults.

Cot Policy

Cots (for 0-1yr olds) are available upon request. The charge is $22 per cot, per night.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Smoking Policy

Sorry, strictly no smoking in any apartment.

Additional Bedding

A limited number of rollaway beds available upon request, and subject to availability. The charge is $22.00 each, per night. Maximum capacity of rollaway bed is one (1) per room. Please note that not all rooms can be furnished with extra beds due to different room arrangements and orientations.

No Parties Policy

Sorry, no parties/events are allowed on this property.

Quiet Hours Policy

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Pet Policy

Sorry but no pets allowed.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other guests. This includes avoiding damage to hotel property and maintaining appropriate behavior. Violations may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund.

Compliance with Laws

Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.

Liability for Damages

Registered guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the apartment and contents during their stay dates. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost. Additional charges associated with repairs and/or replacement, cleaning or smoking fee will be charged to the registered guest. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied when making a booking.

By staying with us, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Archipelago Apartments reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these policies.
